The Springs is a luxury gated lakefront and mountaintop subdivision located in southern Davidson County, North Carolina. Nestled on High Rock Mountain and High Rock Lake, residents here enjoy breathtaking views with unmatched beauty and serenity.  Nature has been highlighted throughout the entire community.

The development consists of approximately 2,000 acres and the first homes were constructed in 1999 with additional homes being built by lot property owners since then.

Driving through this subdivision you will see custom built homes with a variety of home styles from mountaintop retreats, large transitional style homes to modern architectural design.

The community is an easy drive to the larger cities in the Piedmont Triad – Winston Salem, High Point, and Greensboro.  Charlotte to the south is also about an hour drive away.  The smaller cities of Lexington, Thomasville and Denton offer an easy drive for everyday shopping needs.

Large lot sizes guarantee The Springs residents all the privacy they want.  Lot sizes range from about 2.5 acres to larger tracts of 5 to 6 acres.  There are still lakefront parcels available along with interior lot parcels.

The homes in this community tend to feature 3 to 5 bedrooms and interior living space can range from 2,000 square feet up to 9,000 square feet, with average home being around 4,500 sq. ft.

Because of the range of floor plans, home styles and lot locations in the development, these home represent a wide price range.  Homes here may cost buyers anywhere from 400,000 to over a million for a larger lakefront property.
